Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and control production "procedures", identify process needs, improvements, and changes. Lead projects designed to implement process changes that are identified or as directed.

  • Develop processes to manufacture products through effective utilization of in-house build programs, outside vendor build programs and equipment vendors.

  • Responsible for the accurate and adequate storage of engineering records and documents to provide support and verification of process and product changes.

  • Design and engineer processes.

  • Some knowledge of foam material in production.

  • Mechanical ability for machine buildup and repair.

  • 2+ years experience with Controls 

  • 2+ years troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of polypro foam and poly ethelene foam a plus.

Work Hours:

  • Monday- Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, overtime as needed
