Key Responsibilies:

This person’s main responsibility will be to assist in developing thermos-vacuum form and compression molding processes. This will include start up, trial runs, and review of all processes for improvement. A willingness to learn and be part of a proactive team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Day to day review of floor processes and run rate and answering call for assistance.

Repair and upgrades to floor equipment.

Robotic Programming.( will train)

Plant support for program start up.

Continuous improvement projects.

Excel knowledge for documentation of processes.

 

Requirements:

Robotic program knowledge (Fanuc, ABB primarily) a plus

Mechanical skills including manual mill and lathe and hand tools.

Electrical skills a plus

Auto cad experience

Attention to detail.

5 years or more in like position

Some college level training
