POSITION SUMMARY:

The Key Account Manager for the Medical and Healthcare Division is responsible for driving strategic market penetration and profitable revenue growth. This role focuses on developing and executing targeted sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that align with the division’s capabilities and objectives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Strategic Sales ExecutionDevelop and implement account-specific sales strategies aligned with divisional goals to drive profitable growth.

·        Client Engagement & Relationship BuildingIdentify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts, including Product Management, Engineering, and Sourcing teams.

·        Solution DevelopmentAssess client needs and deliver customized proposals and presentations that demonstrate value and alignment with customer objectives.

·        Technical CollaborationPartner with CFC Engineering to support technical sales efforts and deliver innovative solutions.

·        Cost Estimation & Pricing StrategyLead cost estimation efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with value proposition and pricing strategy.

·        Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate sales pipeline data and activity tracking using Sugar CRM.

·        Market IntelligenceProvide regular updates to the Director of Medical Sales on market trends, competitive activity, pricing dynamics, and emerging technologies.

·        Additional DutiesPerform other responsibilities as assigned to support divisional and organizational goals.

·        Travel RequirementsTravel as required for in-person client engagement and relationship development.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or any related field, and ten years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
