DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Reporting – Create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly files for sales, summary income statement, detailed income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
Review and analyze financial statements
Develop reports to support strategic decision making
Manage exchange rate differences on financial statements
Forecasting – Establish groundwork for quarterly forecasts, review when completed by operations/finance
Budgeting - Establish groundwork for annual budget, review when completed by operations/finance
Work with Corporate Departments
Assist in month-end financial close process
Aid in executive presentations
Manage Workday (Adaptive Planning) Financial Consolidation Software
Perform other assigned tasks as needed
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Solid understanding of basic accounting procedures related to fixed assets and capital
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Computer skills to include advanced Excel proficiency and analytic capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project Management skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once
Familiarity with financial accounting statements
Consistent performance with dependable results
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and within accounting teams
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:
Position reports to the Director of Operational Finance
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
Workday, Adaptive Planning, Experience Preferred
