DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Financial Reporting – Create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly files for sales, summary income statement, detailed income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow

  • Review and analyze financial statements

  • Develop reports to support strategic decision making

  • Manage exchange rate differences on financial statements

  • Forecasting – Establish groundwork for quarterly forecasts, review when completed by operations/finance

  • Budgeting - Establish groundwork for annual budget, review when completed by operations/finance

  • Work with Corporate Departments

  • Assist in month-end financial close process

  • Aid in executive presentations

  • Manage Workday (Adaptive Planning) Financial Consolidation Software

  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting procedures related to fixed assets and capital

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Computer skills to include advanced Excel proficiency and analytic capabilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Project Management skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements

  • Consistent performance with dependable results

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and within accounting teams

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:

Position reports to the Director of Operational Finance


EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field

  • Workday, Adaptive Planning, Experience Preferred
