Expectations and Requirements
As a Machine Operator, you will be performing a variety of manual and machine-oriented tasks in a manufacturing environment. You must be able to handle the following physical requirements: a combination of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, squatting/kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting/turning, handling/grasping, reaching overhead, reaching outward, using foot controls, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds from ground level to chest level. You must be over 18 and authorized to work in the United States. Great attendance and a great attitude are two of the best predictors of long-term success.
