Controls Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee all plant manufacturing equipment upgrades moves and major repairs
*Be able to read and analysis blue prints and schematics
*Trouble shoot equipment programs and write code as needed
*Support installation of new equipment
*Support decommission of old equipment
*Be able to develop and follow plans for equipment moves
*Assist in trouble shooting plant down time issues and repairs
*Teach and instruct maintenance team members
*Run electrical runs in plant
*Work with vendors as needed for repairs
*Advise on needed spare parts for equipment
*Assist in design and build of auxiliary equipment
Skills/Education:
*5 plus years Facility / Plant maintenance
*Journey men electrical card or equivalent training
*Mechanical, Hydraulic skills
*Allen Bradley, Automation Direct, Siemens troubleshooting /programing capability
*Trouble shooting skills
*Experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment a must
