SUMMARY:
Administrative Professionals utilize strong communication, clerical and organizational
skills to provide essential support for all departments which may include but not be limited to Human Resources. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Utilize electronic systems of company with 100% accuracy to include Plex, ADP, etc.
Perform administrative tasks to support Human Resources such as data entry, electronic and/or physical filing
Process new hires, employee changes, and terminations
Assist with resume review, interviews, and new hire orientation process
Maintain employee records in payroll and HRIS systems
Create and maintain spreadsheets for various tracking purposes
Effectively communicate verbally and electronically with internal and external connections
Facilitate meetings, events and presentations as needed
Work with other departments to communicate and verify information as required
Maintain confidentiality of all personnel, customer and company information
Perform All other tasks as requested and required
Prerequisites for the Job:
Advanced clerical and computer skills; Verbal communication skills using the English language; Ability to shift priorities as needed is required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent; One or more years of administrative support experience.
