MAJOR FUNCTION:

Must be physically able to bend, twist, lift and stand throughout the shift while performing General Labor in a variety of support functions for the manufacturing process. Functions may include but are not limited to: assembly, cleaning, machine loading and unloading, molding, trimming, packaging, quality inspection, sorting and labelling.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.           Ensure that parts being produced conform to customer quality requirements.

2.           Ensure that parts are trimmed, assembled and otherwise processed to customer quality requirements.

3.           Ensure that parts are packaged in the correct method with correct packaging quantities.

4.           Ensure that all necessary data is correctly entered into the Plex manufacturing system.

5.           Alert appropriate personnel of quality deficiencies in a timely manner

6.           Alert appropriate personnel of equipment issues in a timely manner.

7.           Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.

8.           Maintain a clean work area and assist in maintaining a clean facility whenever possible.

9.           Follow Creative Foam policies and procedures.

10.         Promote the organization’s safety efforts and maintain a safe working environment.

11.         Positively reinforce production goals, standards and work ethic in every area of the facility

12.         Maintain 5S systems for their work area.

13.         Perform other tasks as required.
